Because our shirts are made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances unless there is a quality issue. A quality issue is a damaged product or manufacturing error. In the case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of product delivery and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
